    This dress is done in a dazzling rayon or silk ribbed light weight fabric which is washable. (I washed it. I would only line dry it.) It is in a scrumptious red with a great cut that is so 1940s and nice circle skirt that falls with grace and will be flattering. This is a factory made piece, not home made. Part of a label exists.  It retains its old shoulder pads and has a metal side zipper..Great celluloid buttons...Belt is missing. This is a small dress..for a small framed person...The hem hangs slightly longer on one side...but easily remedied...But oh what a dress! It will look outstanding on a small framed person, a size 6 or smaller!!! Lucky you!!!
    Measurements: 26 inch waist but is meant to be synched with a belt
