Usage for Warm Treatment
Microwave: Heat the pack for 20 seconds on medium heat. If the gel pack is not warm enough, then reheat it for another 10 seconds. Knead the gel pack and turn it over and heat a 2

Boiling water: The gel pack can also be submerged in boiling water for 7-10 minutes. Use tongs to remove the pack from the water.
Usage for Cold Treatment
Place the gel-pack in a freezer for 1.5 to 2 hours, and wait for 1-2 mins before applying to body.
To get the best cold therapy, it is recommended to freeze the gel packs no more than 2 hours
Note
NEVER overheat the gel pack.
It’s recommended to wear the compression wrap for up to 20-25 minutes. DO NOT apply Hot /Cold therapy for longer than 30 mins at a time.
