Used. Comes in non-original packaging. The linear guide assembly is in used condition with some scuffs and scratches from previous industrial use.

The assembly was removed from a decommissioned machine. The guide block and outside shafts actuate along the middle screw shaft with no obstruction. No further testing was performed after removal. No manuals, cords/cables, or additional items are included if not listed or shown.
