I am the original and sole owner of this headset.  I removed it from a rarely ridden bike several years ago.  The cups do not have the Chris King logo on them, which was a "stealth" option earlier in King's production, before the Sotto Voce versions.
There are some cosmetic flaws on one cup (a bit of cable rub, and one small scuff) as shown in the last photo.  Any other cosmetic issues are minor, as expected from installation/removal, handling and storage.  Plenty of photo close-ups so prospective buyers can directly assess the cosmetic condition.  The bearings are perfectly smooth and the entire headset is functionally excellent.
Full assembly is included as shown in second photo:  baseplate/crown race, upper and lower cup, and 3-piece GripNut assembly.
