Payments

Shipping
Insurance is included. We inspect and ship packages within one to two days after the payment clears. We use the system provided by eBay so you can track your order via eBay.
We do not charge a handling fee. In some cases we will need to add packing material or double box the item at no extra charge.
We do not ship to Military addresses. We ship 5 days a week. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.
All packages will be ship directly from our warehouse in California.
Return Policy
Satisfaction Guaranteed. Contact us within 7 days of delivery if you would like to make a return or if there is a problem with your order. We need to receive the item back within 14 days after contacting us.
We will issue an RMA #. Include the RMA#, along with your full name, email address & item number with your shipment.
You will receive a refund of the purchase price. The refund does not include any shipping charges. You will also be responsible for shipping the item back to us at your expense. We will only accept the item back in the original, new condition it was sent in. Any item that is returned used will void our return policy and no refund will be given.
You will also be required to ship the item back in the original packaging with insurance and a tracking number. Email the tracking number after you have shipped the item back.
Print the RMA on the outside of the box.
Damaged or Incorrect Shipments:
If you receive a damaged/broken or incorrect item contact us within 14 days of receipt. Please provide proof of damage or incorrect item by emailing us a picture. If you cannot provide a picture you may be required to ship the item back at your expense. After we receive picture or returned item we will provide a refund or replacement at our discretion. Depending on the situation, you may not be required to ship the item back to us.
