Gorgeous L 1930s Black Crepe & Lace Evening Gown/Top Needs Work/Skirt Good

This is a fabulous 30s I believe evening gown that has been in my bag of things to work on for years. Going through it again, decided it was time to pass on to someone who can repair. My sister had started with neckline but then decided to hard for her. So I thought about cutting down and using as skirt but have way to many clothes to bother. As you can see in pix, something happened to the very top of the top part. The sleeves also have pull and holes where they join the bodice (probably repairable by someone good with needle). Suppose it is repairable or perhaps could be totally redone but the skirt is amazing with that scalloped lace piece at bottom. It has an inner slip lining from waist down. Metal zipper down the side and inner lining of skirt has snaps.  Pix don't begin to show it's true beauty as black doesn't photograph, even more so when lace is involved. So they are lightened to various degrees but is a true black. The skirt is in good condition; a couple of torn places in lace which tried to show in last pix. Maybe some more breaks but these were the largest. Definitely repairable but really only seen when laid out flat. Has that old cardboard like tag inside that says "W & K Dress Co" with the order no (none given) style (76538) and remarks with something that I can't read there. So may have been made to order. Just an amazing piece that needs some work. Great for black wedding, costume, stage, theater, gala, prom or whatever. Has a definite art deco flair. Looks like something someone would have worn in a Hollywood movie back in the day. So while does need work will be an amazing beauty when done and best of all a very wearable size.
