DIRECTIONS
To use warm
Put on a clean, dry plate first.
Then put the plate with the wrap on the microwave carousel.
Microwave for 1:30 the very first time.
If not hot enough, increase the next heating cycle by 30 sec (up to 4 min max).
Be patient - do not increase the heating time by more than 30 sec. Do not overheat!
Cool wrap to room temp between heating cycles.
To use cool
Keep in freezer for at least 4 hours prior to use.
Provides gentle cooling for 5-10 min per freezing cycle.
IMPORTANT
Never microwave without a plate!
If the wrap comes in contact with any oil or food, the fabric will burn.
Do not overheat. Read and follow all directions.
The microwave carousel must be on and spinning throughout the heating cycle.
Care: spot clean only. Do not submerge wrap in water.
