How to remove the Injector?
Step 1:
Assemble the tool, and screw the adapter on to the top of the injector;
Step 2:
Matter upper motion to pull the sliding hammer repeat;
Step 3:
Pull out the whole tool and injector when they are loose completely.
How to replace the Teflon Seal?
Step 1:
Remove old Teflon sealing ring with special tool (not include) from injector;
Step 2:
Slide new Teflon sealing ring onto mounting assembly cone, then mount it onto injector tip;
Step 3:
Push Teflon sealing ring into injector groove with installer (not fingernails);
Step 4:
Calibration sleeve is placed over the seal to compress it back to the correct OD to allow installation into the cyliner head.
