    Off shoulder look with a stretchy elastic separate strap
    Soft notched short sleeve
    Dainty scalloped trim along the neck & top of sleeves
    Corset type bodice with boning.  Long zipper in back
    Adorable peplum flare at the waist...shorter in front and longer in back.  Very ruffly
