Lanz VTG Wool Check Plaid A-line Dress. Authentic! Size Small

AUTHENTIC Vintage dress by “ Lanz Originals”.
It is made of wool fabric in black and white checkered plaid. Fully lined. Only the collar is of white linen.
This dress has a VERY CHARMING design!
It features all glossy buttons that hide a front hook-eye closure.
There is a long metal zipper up on the back of the dress as well.
Two super handy and delightful “secret” front pockets.
The long sleeves have 2 darts at the elbow which allows for bending with comfort.
This dress is gently worn with tons of wear left - no stains, holes, pilling, or smells. No fading, color is vibrant.
No size tag, but it seems a Small size. My guess is a modern day size 4-6.
This is a FANTASTIC find waiting for someone to appreciate it!
