    Notes
    :
Microwave ovens vary, so start heating your bag at two minutes and test it to see if it is hot enough for your preference.  If not, heat for additional 15 second increments until you know how long your particular microwave oven takes for your comfort.  Avoid overheating as that might burn the corn.
For cold therapy, place the pack in a zip lock bag and place it in the freezer.
The bags are made from cotton and filled with whole corn.  The corn is loosely packed inside the bag - with each bag containing approximately 2.75 to 3 pounds of corn.  This flexibility will allow you to wrap the bag around whatever area of the body you are using it - it is especially nice to use on your neck, back, knees, ankles, etc.
This is not intended as medical advice.  Please check with your medical provider as to the the advisability of using heat on your particular situation.
