    Description

    Item does not have the box, I haven't used this, as I  received another one that's a different brand that comes with frosting tips as well..
    The top handle will turn so the press circle can move freely. When you turn the notches towards the moving handle and press the handle down, it clicks down level by level pressing out your cookies.. seems to be a.good design.
