This sale features ONE LARGE BRONZE COIN.  This coin is beautiful.  Jauana de Asbaje,(1648-1695) was a self-taught scholar and poet.  She was a nun of New Spain.  She is considered today a Mexican writer, and stands at the beginning of the history of Mexican literature in the Spanish language. This coin is a is larger than a USA 50 cent coin.  This is the last of the Mexican large bronze coins. I am no expert on coins, but the coin is in good condition.  The coin in the picture is the coin you will receive.  I have taken a close up so you can judge the condition for yourself.  Very few of these coins are left.
