Shipping:
We do not offer free shipping to HI, PR, AK or other non continuous territories.  Freight packages over 150 lbs are free to commercial with dock and forklift only or you pick up at nearest freight terminal. Additional cost for residential, ramp or rural pallet delivery.
Return Policy:
You can return your liner if you are not 100% satisfied for a full refund within 30 days. Buyer will pay shipping.
Payment
RETURN POLICY If you need to return one of our products, it needs to be returned to the place you purchase it, unless it is a warranty replacement claim. Only products purchased directly from us or from this web site can be returned to us. If you've decided to return an item to us, you'll need a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). All returns require an RMA# in order for us to accept shipment of your item(s). To obtain an RMA#, please call our Customer Service Department at 352 445 2821, Monday thru Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, Central Time. You can also obtain an RMA# by contacting us via email using our [contact us] information. Any returns without a valid return authorization number may be refused. Please write the return authorization number below our return address on the outside of the box. We only cover return shipping costs if the return is due to a manufacturing defect or as a result of our error. We will provide you with a pre-paid freight label to return the product(s) to us in this situation. Items returned for other reasons will not be provided with a pre-paid freight return label. These returns include reasons such as "changed my mind," "did not like the product" and "ordered the incorrect product". Shipping must be prepaid by the customer on all returns of this nature. All products must be returned in new, unused condition in their original box. Refund will be given on merchandise returned in the same manner as originally charged within 5 business days of receipt. Cancellation: Our Company does not accept order cancellations once the order has been placed unless contacted and authorized by us with RMA prior to shipping, as per our Terms. The order is considered placed when you click on “Submit Order” during the order process and may been already shipped minutes later. If you have ordered the wrong product, then you will have to order a second product online or return the other for a refund . If you do not receive a product within 15 days from the date it was ordered please call us, then we will give you a full credit for that product only or send you an identical replacement. Order Processing: Normal order processing can take 1-3 business days (Monday – Friday). Large order will have to be picked at local terminal due to DOT and local restrictions on commercial trucks 3 or more axles in residential or make sure you have a commercial address with dock and loader. Call us if you have any questions.  Shipping Delivery The following shipping methods are available, Standard Ground (5–7 business days), Second Day (2 business days call for quote) and Next Day (1 business day call for quote). Business days do not include weekends and there is no weekend delivery for any shipping method. Some items cannot be shipped using Second Day or Next Day due to size, weigh and delivery address. These items will only have Standard Ground or Ship to Store available. Currently, we do not ship to U.S. Territories, APO/FPO, Canada or other international addresses. Please note that orders could arrive in multiple packages. Some exception apply at market cost.
