    Each bag is handmade
    by me and I use regular long grain rice with flax seed and your choice of peppermint, lavender dry leaves or unscented enclosed in a separate 100% white cotton pouch.

    These are not large bags
    These bags are a perfect size for headaches, eye aches, warming and soothing aches/pains from sore muscles, etc.  Can also be used as a cold pack for bumps, sprains, ankle or knee swelling ,etc.  (Important place rice bag in baggie before putting in freezer)
    Microwave the rice bags for 30 seconds to 1 minute.  Make sure to check temperature before using.  DO NOT microwave bag for over 2 mins at a time rice can burn.
    These bags should not be in contact with water.
