Titanic/Downton Abbey style custom designed gown
This black silk chiffon and satin Empire waist gown was designed by the late Billy Mendibles for my now closed costume and vintage rental store in Santa Barbara. It's a medium. Bust: 36" ribs:28" Hips:36". There is a tiny hole in the back chiffon (see photo) but otherwise in great shape. I had a 0 price on it and rented it for . It's been to some fabulous parties and is ready to go to some more!
