vintage 40s 50s rockabilly Baby Blue Tulle A-Line Dress Caped Bodice sz 3/4

Description

Beautiful vintage late 40's / early 50's era baby blue dress with an ivory tulle mesh shell and baby blue base layer that serves as the lining, has a little quaint floral design at the front side waistband of folded over designed tulle shell fabric, the waistband is elastic and stretches to fit and then also has the original tie straps to tie off (measurements given here too, see below). The base layer is sleeveless then the tulle shell has kind of a scalloped sleeve/caped design. Below this flows a classic A-line style skirt. On the back of the dress the zipper works as well as the old hook and eye closure at the peak, but there is some tiny oxidation spots in the fabric behind the hook that also has bled into a couple other tiny little spots near this area as well, all very small and kind of more hidden on the back of the dress. Overall it's beautiful with a great look and nice interior lining fabric as well, you could wear it right now.
