Vintage 60's Gale Mitchell all sequin dress.
My Grandmother and I wore this, she in the 60's and I in the 80's & 90's. Think too that her 2nd husband Jack Mitchell may have been related to Gale.
Back to the dress. A stunner. Though after all these years it needs some TLC. Some sequins on the collar are missing on the very edge. I've kept those strings attached. It really does need to be cleaned and resored. Areas where some sequins can be transplanted from are under the collar and hem area (it's been turned up). No rips only some pulled seams and some wear.
Size: I am a 2/4 or small. The bust measures armit to armpit just under 16 inches. Length is approx 34 inches. The fabric does have a little stretech. Looks like the sequins have been sewn on some sort of gray chifon-like fabric.
