pre-owned in great condition-classic gunne sax
Full skirt with 2 pockets, button cuff sleeves, tailored bodicewith .waist ties in
back
and white buttons from high neck all the way tolast flounce/ruffle which . being MIDI length falls mid calf or below the knees– not a floor length dress.

This dress was mine bought at Read’sDept. Store in Connecticut around 1983
It was moved to Florida in 1996 and Ihad it dry cleaned right around then.
It has been in my closet ever sincefor a couple of reasons;
1.)
Floridaweather rarely allows one to comfortably wear long sleeves or any clothing notpure summer wear.
2.)
It nolonger would fit me even if were to attempt to wear it- I no longer have thebody that I had back in the early 80s
3.)
I’ve keptit mostly for sentimental reasons – I wore one to my prom and shortlyafterwards married and started a family. Money was tight , not allowing forluxuries such as a new Gunne Sax. My best friend, my mother, solved that bybuying me one for Christmas each year. They meant a lot to me then and now.But. It is time to start letting go,sooooo. . .
What I am getting at here is to say that the dress couldprobably use a cleaning, but I’m leaving that up to the buyer. It looks to bein excellent condition and I detect no foul odor – BUT it has been stored in acloset for quite a while.
