Super cute vintage 70s peasant style Hawaiian dress by Helena's. Beautiful vibrant shade of blue with all over tropical floral print. Ruffled neckline that can be worn on or off the shoulder. Elastic waist for stretch. 100% polyester. Made in the USA.
Tagged a size M, best fits a modern XXS/XS depending on desired fit. There is some stretch but dress fit tight in the waistline on my XS dress form with a 25.5 inch waist.
