Vintage full length lace dress.
There is no labeling that I can find but it would appear to be vintage or hand made.
There is no size tag but based on the measurements I believe it to be a women's size small.  Please go off actual measurements to confirm an accurate fit.
It is in very good vintage condition. No flaws to note.

Length down the back approx 54"
