    This lightweight black (w/polka dots in stripe) & white vertically striped vintage BGB Ltd dress features a front placket concealing five buttons for closure, a tie at neckline, a matching belt, 2 black buttons on each cuff, gathered yoke front & back and gathered sleeves at shoulders for loose sleeve fit. Waist has elastic for stretch. Shoulders pads tacked in - easily removable.
