Vintage dress, Shannon Rodgers for Jerry Silverman, light blue suede

You are viewing a vintage dress in powder blue suede fabric.  It is tagged Shannon Rodgers for Jerry Silverman.  It is tailored but the waist is not fitted; rather it has a belt that can be tied at the desired length.  It buttons down the entire front and there are slits on the sides.  There is not a size tag - measurements are: shoulder seam to shoulder seam 16"; bust 35"; waist 32"; shoulder seam to hem 42".  The condition of this unique dress is good - it is missing one of the sleeve cuff buttons and there is an area of staining on the belt. There is a suede flower in the pocket that could be removed.
