Vintage Wear Ever Cookie Gun and Pastry Decorator
I'm not really familiar with this stuff,  so I'll just describe what I see.
The box is worn and a bit beat up.  It's still intact though. A "vintage attic" smell is coming from it.
The tool would benefit from a cleaning.  All the words are very clear,  states Model 3365 Cookie chef trig a matic Pastry Gun.
Some accessories are missing.
