VINTAGE XS SEARS 1970s PINK WHITE GINGHAM MAXI DRESS W BELT PRAIRIE COTTAGE BOHO

Cute dress in very good condition for age with a matching belt in very good condition~ I found very slight discoloration in pit areas but it wouldn't show up in a picture and some on fold of collar that doesn't really show up in the picture provided either. Dress and belt do not appear to have had much use, if there is any discoloration anywhere else it is very slight and wouldn't be noticeable without close up inspection~ I did not clean this dress in any way, I purchased it many years ago at an estate sale and have just kept it stored away, so you may want to have it cleaned before wearing it. This dress is for a very petite woman or teen, probably around a size 0 or 1, I am 5'3"ish and it goes down to the top of my feet, I wear a 5 and could slip it on but could not zip it or close the belt. It measures approximately 17" from pit to pit and has an approximately 24" waist~ there are darts on the front in the chest and waist areas. Please view the photos for more details.
