VTG 80s Gunne Sax Style Asymmetric Rose Print Blouse/Skirt Dress Set Petticoat

Description

Lovely vintage 1980s rose print cottage core blouse and skirt set.
The top has capped sleeved with puffed shoulders, a fitted waist, and a small gathered peplum.
The skirt is high waisted, with a fitted yoke with a v-seam in the front and back. Beneath that it's full with gathers all the way around and one strap that comes out from underneath, attaching to a button on the hip. The petticoat beneath is a slightly different rose print with an eyelet hem. I love the asymmetry - so 80s!
The fabric is a white cotton with pink/red roses with green leaves and stems, with a larger rose print on the petticoat.
While this is not a Gunne Sax, with the calico print and fitted bodice/full skirt, it has the cottage core look.

Excellent - there is a spot on the petticoat (hidden by the top skirt) (see photo) otherwise I cannot find a flaw.
