    Description

    Gorgeous vintage dirndl dress with a tag size 40 or about a US size 8. The bodice is velvet and lined with cotton, I believe, and the neckline and velvet part of the back zipper is trimmed with a satiny lace embroidery. The skirt is gathered and the fabric is woven like upholstery fabric. The pattern is floral with gold and brown flowers and green leaves on a black background that has texture. (Hope I am describing it well cuz it is a challenge!) The front is fitted with seams, not just darts and the back has two stays along either side of the hidden zipper. Simple and elegant it will be a hit at any Fall party especially with an Octoberfest theme. Enjoy!
